What is Kai?
Kai is an AI executive assistant built by the team behind the Morgen calendar app. It connects to your Google or Microsoft email and calendar accounts and to Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, without a bot joining the call. It works in the background: it sorts your inbox by what each thread needs (Needs Reply, FYI, Waiting Reply, Done), records and summarises meetings, and turns agreed actions into tasks linked to their source.
In practice you can have Kai draft email replies in your voice for you to approve, brief you before meetings, plan focus blocks on your calendar, flag double-bookings, and run scheduled workflows such as a morning briefing or a Friday recap. Nothing is sent or synced until you approve it. Kai can also be plugged into Claude or ChatGPT through MCP.
