What is Notion?
Notion is a workspace where teams capture documents, projects and knowledge in one place, then use built-in AI to search that content and connected apps, and to answer questions with citations. It combines pages, databases and collaboration blocks with an AI layer that can draft docs, autofill databases and summarize information.
The newer part of the product is agents. Notion Agent is described as completing complex, multi-step tasks using context from Notion, connected apps and the web, while Custom Agents let teams build their own tools that run work on their behalf. Other listed uses include triaging product feedback, resolving support tickets in Slack, responding to security alerts and automating weekly reporting.
