What is The Drive AI?

The Drive AI is an AI file assistant for document-heavy teams. It reads the content of each file, not just its name, and then files it where it belongs, renames it, and answers questions across thousands of documents. It works in your own workspace or directly inside Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint and Dropbox, so files do not have to be moved.

You give it a request in one sentence, such as sorting invoices by client and year, merging contracts into one PDF, sharing a report with a colleague, or finding which NDAs renew in the next 90 days. It shows a plan before making large changes, applies small ones at once, and can undo what it did. Workflows can also be set up once so that every new file arriving from uploads, Gmail, Outlook, Slack or Teams is filed automatically.
