What is Sauna?
Sauna is an AI agent that learns how you and your team work, keeps persistent memory of what matters, and acts on your behalf. It runs in the cloud around the clock, so it can draft messages in your voice, track what needs attention, file tickets and deliver briefings even when you are offline. It connects to over 3,000 tools, including Linear, GitHub, Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, Jira, HubSpot and Stripe, and custom MCP connectors can be added for anything else.
You interact with Sauna through a web app, an iOS app, iMessage, Slack, email or Superhuman. In Slack you can @Sauna to summarize missed messages, triage issues or turn threads into artifacts. Forwarded emails can be triaged, answered in your voice and used to book follow-ups. Teams can share a communal Sauna with a shared memory, and individual Saunas can ask each other questions. Its usefulness grows with the context you give it, such as emails, documents and messages.
