What is Wordware?
Wordware is an AI context lab based in San Francisco, founded in 2023 around the idea that words, rather than traditional code, are the next programming language. Its main product, Sauna, is presented as an intelligent workspace assistant built to accumulate context over time. According to the site, Sauna learns the user's taste, detects hidden patterns in their work, augments their working context and acts proactively rather than waiting for prompts.
The stated goal is to take over shallow, repetitive work so people can focus on deep work. The homepage describes Sauna as a tool that collaborates with the user, removes busywork and anticipates next steps, turning to-do items into completed tasks. The page does not list specific features, integrations or pricing, so concrete capabilities beyond these general claims cannot be confirmed from the text.
