What is Scribbl?
Scribbl is an AI note taker for video meetings in Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. On Google Meet it runs as a Chrome extension, so no bot joins the call. On Zoom and Teams it runs through Scribbl Desktop for Mac and Windows. After each meeting you get AI notes, action items, a searchable transcript, the video and a speaker breakdown showing who talked how much.
Beyond notes, Scribbl lets you connect ChatGPT or Claude to your meetings so you can ask questions across a whole set of calls. Smart Collections sort meetings automatically based on a one-sentence description. Automations can draft follow-up emails, log notes in HubSpot or Pipedrive, post summaries to Slack, open tickets in Linear or Jira and add rows to Google Sheets, and by default they ask for approval before changing anything.
