What is EmailTriager?
EmailTriager is an AI email assistant that connects to Gmail. It reads your past emails once to build a private Knowledge Base, then works in the background: when a new email needs a response, it creates a draft that appears directly in Gmail, usually within a little over a minute. The drafts are written to match your own tone and sign-off, based on your past emails and any help documentation you provide.
In practice, you open your inbox, review the pre-written drafts, make small edits if needed, and send. EmailTriager never sends emails on your behalf. It is verified by a Google-designated third-party security auditor, states that your emails are not used to train general AI models, and lets you view and delete your Knowledge Base at any time.
