What is Cogram?

Cogram is an AI platform built for architects, designers, engineers, consultants and contractors. Founded in 2021, it offers a set of AI tools that run inside one integrated project platform: an Agent for asking questions and analyzing documents, AI email filing and search across project correspondence, logging and review of RFIs and submittals integrated with Procore, automated meeting minutes for virtual and in-person meetings, and field reports created from spoken observations and photos.

The outputs are drafted in the firm's own templates, so little copy-paste or formatting is needed. Cogram connects to tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Procore, Autodesk, Deltek and Unanet, and custom integrations are available through an API. Users can filter and search correspondence, track action items and keep RFI and submittal logs up to date, which the company says can save several hours per week.
