What is Erase.bg?
Erase.bg is an online AI background remover that makes the background of a photo transparent or replaces it. You upload an image or paste a URL (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC, up to 10,000 x 10,000 px) and the tool cuts out the subject. The site also offers bulk processing of several images at once, an API for integration into existing systems, and video background removal for clips up to 30 seconds.
Beyond cutting out subjects, the platform lists tools for changing backgrounds, making passport photos, generating AI backgrounds, creating logos and signatures, and virtual try-on. Free users receive 3 credits, each background removal uses 1 credit, and paid credit packs are available. Erase.bg is part of the Pixelbin product family and is operated by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited.
