What is ResumeDive?
ResumeDive is a web tool that reviews a resume and returns a blunt, graded critique, styled as a playful "roast" that users can share. You drop in your resume, and the tool scores it, checks how it might read to applicant tracking systems (ATS), and points out specific problems such as buzzword overuse, missing quantified results, career gaps, or inconsistent formatting. Each finding is tagged with a severity level, and the report closes with a short note on what works and what to do next.
The output is a verdict with a letter grade, a short summary, and a breakdown of findings with severity ratings. The page shows sample reviews for a marketing resume and a software engineering resume, so you can see the format before uploading your own. The site says it is free, requires no sign-up, and keeps saved drafts on the device until they are cleared.
