What is Interview CoPilot?
Interview CoPilot by Final Round AI is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that listens to a live interview call and streams a short suggested answer into a private window only the user can see. The answer is written to be spoken naturally, and the user reads it and responds in their own words. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, HackerRank, CoderPad and phone screens via a second device.
Beyond live help, the app covers the full interview loop. Users set up a Goal for each job with their role, resume and materials, then rehearse in a Practice Interview with eight scenarios such as coding, system design, behavioral, product case and salary negotiation. A written Interview Debrief is generated when a session ends and feeds into the next round. Screen Help can read a coding problem or diagram on screen and produce a full written solution, and Stealth Mode keeps the app's windows hidden from screen sharing and recordings, which is on by default.
