What is CLI Manager?
CLI Manager is a macOS desktop app, open source under the MIT license, that gathers your AI coding agents - Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI and plain shells - into one sidebar. You group projects into folders, name each session by its role, and switch between them with a shortcut while every session keeps running.
Beyond the terminals, it adds Git worktrees as separate workspaces, a built-in Source Control panel for staging and committing, an in-app diff view where you can send line comments back to an agent, and a memo pad for each session. An optional AI Control API, off by default, lets an agent such as Claude Code open and drive sessions that you can watch and take over at any time.
